The grooved rivet from Bralo provides a secure and effective method for fixing metal to soft and fibrous surfaces. This rivet connection does not require a through-drill hole. The expansion of the rivet within the material forms a kind of"clamp", which creates a robust connection with the drill hole. It is a break mandrel blind rivet, which is also often used in furniture manufacturing and the construction industry to securely attach metal fittings to the carcass.
